A prepared whole-food bowl

Food that knows your numbers.

Certified organic ingredients, cooked for your data. Delivered in glass.

Set the goal. We’ll handle the fuel.

Nutrition is the part most goals die on. Hand that part over and the goal gets a lot more realistic.

Process

Three steps, then eat.

Setup takes about ten minutes and happens once. After that the only thing you do is open the fridge — we handle the planning, the shopping, the cooking, and the delivery.

Your goals, your measurements, your most recent blood panel, and whichever device you already wear.

02

We build

Targets for energy, protein, fiber, and the micronutrients most people quietly run short on. They move as your data moves.

03

Delivered

Cooked fresh twice a week and left at your door, cold and ready to eat.

Your plan

Built around you, not a template.

We start from your numbers — your goals, your measurements, your latest panel, and the data your wearable already collects. Every plan begins with a one-to-one call and is reviewed by our nutritionist before the kitchen sees it.

Sample plan — fat loss
EnergyA moderate deficit, held at a rate you can sustain — not the fastest one on paper.
ProteinThe highest of any plan, spread evenly across the day.
FiberFront-loaded, well above the average intake.
WatchingIron, B12, magnesium — the ones that slip first when intake drops.
TuesdayHerbed chicken thigh, lentil–quinoa base, charred brassicas, tahini and lemon.

Protein and fiber do the work here. They are what make a deficit tolerable enough to still be running in week nine, which is the only thing that has ever mattered.

Sample plan — muscle gain
EnergyA small surplus — enough to build on, not enough to blur.
ProteinA floor on every single plate, not just a daily total.
CarbsThe highest of any plan, weighted toward training days.
WatchingZinc, magnesium, vitamin D.
TuesdayGrass-fed beef, jasmine rice, roasted squash, toasted pumpkin seeds.

Daily protein totals get all the attention, but per-meal protein is what your body actually responds to. Every plate we send clears that floor on its own.

Sample plan — performance
EnergyMatched to your training load, recalculated every week.
CarbsScaled to session volume — the lever that moves most.
ProteinEnough to repair, not so much it crowds out fuel.
WatchingIron, sodium, omega‑3.
TuesdayMiso salmon, roasted sweet potato, wilted greens, sesame.

Endurance work burns through glycogen and iron faster than anything else you can do. Your plan reads your training load from your wearable, so a heavy week gets fed like one.

Sample plan — steady energy
EnergyAt maintenance, spread evenly rather than stacked at night.
BasesSlower-digesting grains and legumes over refined starch.
FiberHigh, and paired with protein at every meal.
WatchingMagnesium, B12, omega‑3.
TuesdayTurkey meatballs, farro, roasted roots, walnut gremolata.

The two o’clock crash is usually a blood sugar curve, not a willpower problem. Slower bases and steady protein flatten the curve so the afternoon feels like the morning.

Start with a call, not a form.

Your first week includes a complimentary one-to-one with our nutritionist — fifteen minutes on your goals, your panel, and what you actually like to eat, before a single plate is planned.

Fifteen minutes, before anything is planned

You have the data, let’s put it to work.

Sleep, strain, recovery, steps. You've been collecting it for years — Baseline is the first thing that cooks with it. Connect once, and it never stops feeding.

Your dashboard

Everything, in one place.

Every meal we send is logged before it reaches you. Add whatever you eat on your own and the picture stays honest — so next week's plan is built on how you actually ate, not how you meant to.

Standards

Non-negotiable.

Three things we don't trade away for cost or convenience, in a category where almost everyone does.

Certified organic

Every ingredient sourced certified organic. We keep supplier certificates on file and re-verify them annually.

Whole food only

Nothing refined, nothing synthetic, no fillers. If it took a factory to exist, it isn't in your container.

Glass containers

Your food never touches plastic — not in the kitchen, not in transit, not when you reheat it. Leave the glass out and we collect it.

Questions

Short answers.

The things people ask before they sign up.

My labs are a year old.

Bring what you have. We'll build from it and tell you what's out of date.

No wearable?

Still works. The plan just updates on your labs and check-ins instead of daily.

Allergies?

Tell us once. That ingredient never reaches your container.

Can I skip a week?

Yes. Pause any time before Friday.

What if I eat something else?

Log it. Next week's plan accounts for it.

Really no plastic?

Glass and steel, kitchen to door. Nothing else touches your food.

Is this medical advice?

No. Baseline builds meals around nutrient targets from the National Academies' Dietary Reference Intakes. We don't diagnose, treat, or interpret your results — anything your lab flags is a conversation for your doctor.

Start with your labs.

We'll build the rest around them.
